The 100 tasting notes below were taken mainly at a tasting of wines selected and prepared by Benito Troya (pictured below), one of the best sommeliers in the Canary Islands and currently wine ambassador of the Galaco Group, the main food wholesaler in the Canary Islands.
The tasting was held in a quiet private room at Bevir, a restaurant run by Rogelio Tenorio, and the wines were presented completely blind.
