Côte Chalonnaise takes centre stage

The Côte Chalonnaise in southern Burgundy is not often in the spotlight, and is unlikely to be the focus of our big 2010 burgundy report to be published in January. It was therefore with great pleasure that I attended a tasting in London that brought together 10 producers from the region (pictured).
