Evening Land is an ambitious international wine project becoming no less ambitious but much more international – not least with the recent purchase of the Château de Bligny just south of Beaune in Burgundy. (There seems to be no end to foreign investment in Burgundy – see Gevrey's Château sale causes angst, for example, and Raj Parr, who was originally associated with Evening Land, is also involved with a Burgundian operation.)
