Although this collection kicks off with a book of interviews rather than a book specifically about food and wine, the book by Alfred Moisan (pictured above) is, to some extent, a look at food and wine from a totally different angle. Food and wine through the lens of the people who devote their lives to them, through the lens of a child who wants to devote his life to them...
