Corneys move to Octavian

I see that after many years of storing their and their customers' wines at London City Bond in East London, Corney & Barrow have just announced that they are moving everything from LCB to Octavian in the West Country. Those of you who followed the extensive coverage here of Lay & Wheeler's recent storage cost increases, a story which also involved LCB, may be interested to see that C&B managing director Adam Brett-Smith seems to have been wearing kid gloves when writing the notice of this move to be sent to customers (but then he always wears kid gloves and an ermine-trimmed...
