Dream Dinner raises more than £100,000

I'm very aware that I trail various events here without ever reporting on them. Some of you may have read about the Dream Dinner Nick thought up – a six-course dinner last Saturday night at London's Langham Hilton in aid of Dreamflight which takes seriously ill children to Florida for the holiday of a lifetime accompanied by full medical staff, etc.
