Haut Bailly 2002 note revised

I have been sent a second sample of Ch Haut Bailly 2002 because the owners did not recognise my original note (reproduced below).
Ch Haut-Bailly 2002 13 Drink 2005-07
Crimson with quite light rim. Slightly simple sweetness on the nose. Watery. Hard finish. Tastes as though it was made from (too many) underripe grapes. Green tannins and a certain inky quality nudge in at the end but this is far from the bottom level of wines from this appellation in 2002.
The second sample is certainly better, even if the acidity level is relatively high, as witness the following revised...
