Last week co-author of Wine Grapes Dr José Vouillamoz came over to London from his native Switzerland to bewitch British wine writers with a wine tasting he describes below. In Jamie Goode's account of the event, José is described as 'a real star in the making: an ultra-cool scientist'. See Jamie's video of the tasting.
