Michael Brakjovich MW of Kumeu River winery in NZ, another notable screwcap enthusiast, has sent a contribution to the debate on screwcaps and reduction in your turn which is so detailed, I feel it deserves it own spotlight.
I would also like to contribute with a response to Alastair Maling's very good piece about screwcaps and reduction. I have also attached some references which may be useful in this regard.
