The recent MW Symposium in Florence was not all talk. There were two excellent tastings, both organised superbly by my fellow MW student Jane Hunt MW (pictured below), who lives for much of the year in Italy. With her business partner Tina Coady, she is so good at organising tastings that she probably doesn't get sufficient chances to taste herself.
