In this week of the Master of Wine exams, we continue this series of relatively technical profiles of leading New Zealand wine producers of particular interest to Monty Waldin, author of Monty Waldin's Biodynamic Wine Guide 2011 (sold via www.lulu.com). Seresin Estate in Marlborough was established in 1992 by cinematographer Michael Seresin (...
