I've been hoarding tasting notes on various fizzes tasted in the last couple of months and here they are, together with a range of champagnes and sparkling wines from UK online retailer Champagne Warehouse tasted by Richard, something of a mixed bag and of course supplemented by various notes on fizz in my review of current wines at M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, for example.
