Southwold 2005s – the whites

Below are my tasting notes from the three flights of white wines we tasted on the final morning of last month's blind Southwold tasting of 200 significant 2005 bordeaux. The flights appear in the order we tasted them but within each flight, the wines have been re-ordered alphabetically to make it easier for you to find specific wines.
Overall I found that my perceptions of these white wines were much less consistent with my views of the wines when tasted en primeur than my perceptions of the reds.
The grandest dry whites did not necessarily stand head and shoulders above...
