Before my main report on Bordeaux 2013, here are some titillations in the form of snippets of news, gossip and rumour, direct from the spittoon.
- Rumours abound of a new addition to the Ch Pichon Longueville (Baron) range, but lips are remaining sealed until September.
- Talking of new wines, the Ch Lafleur team have a brand new (and rather delicious) white in 2013 called Les Champs Libres, made from 100% Sancerre-clone Sauvignon Blanc – look out for a tasting note on this in my main reports, from next week.
