A new academic journal on wine

The debut publication of the American Association of Wine Economists is much moister than you might think. One or two pages are dry as dust, and there is more than a sprinkling of symbols which I cannot easily reproduce on my keyboard, but here is just a taste of what I enjoyed from Vol 1, No 1 of the Journal of Wine Economics:
