- information about your visit to the Site including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time), pages you viewed, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD DETAILS
Please note that we do not collect or process your credit or debit card details. However if you make payments through the Site these details are collected and processed by our payment processing service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (“Stripe”). The collection and processing by Stripe of your credit or debit card details and other personal data are governed by their terms and conditions: see https://stripe.com/gb/privacy for more information. Stripe may from time to time provide us with information regarding the credits and debits made to your card in order to enable us to reconcile our accounts.
IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES
We may collect information about your computer, including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and statistical analysis. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using cookies. A cookie is a small file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. They help us to improve the Site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. We use the following cookies:

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
All information you provide to us or that we collect from you is stored on our secure servers within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or on the servers of our respective hosting service providers, which we may change from time to time.
However, the personal data that we collect from you regarding your membership payment and your subscription to marketing emails will be transferred to, processed and stored at destinations outside the EEA, such as the United States.
There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission in respect of the United States, which means the United States is not deemed to provide an adequate level of protection to your personal data. However, to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection we have ensured that both MailChimp and Stripe are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield to ensure that your personal data is treated by those third parties in a way that is consistent with EU and UK laws on data protection.
Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will use our best endeavours to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use suitable procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.

MARKETING
As mentioned above, we would like to send you information by email about products, services and opportunities which may be of interest to you.
We will not provide your personal data to other businesses so they can use your personal data for marketing purposes.
We will only send you marketing messages if you would like us to. We may ask whether you would like us to send you marketing emails when you sign up to our weekly newsletter, when you sign up to the Site as a paid Member for the first time, or when you contact us via the Site. You will have the opportunity to clearly set out whether you wish to receive marketing emails from us by ticking the relevant box.
You can also manage your preferences by changing your account settings within the Site.
DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain the personal data we receive or collect about you for the period reasonably required for us to use it in accordance with this Privacy and Cookie Policy or in accordance with our legal rights and obligations. Object /change of preferences. You have a right to request that we stop processing your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party). Please note, if you submit a request for us to stop processing your personal data in a certain way and this type of processing is required in order to facilitate your membership, you will no longer be able to access the Purple Pages of the Site following your request for us to stop the relevant processing.
Complaints. If for any reason you are not happy with the way that we have handled your personal data, please contact us. If you are still not happy, you have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
