ACCESSING THE SITE

By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not use the Site.

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may withdraw or amend the services we provide on the Site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may restrict access to some parts of the Site to users who have registered with us. In particular, access to paid content is available only to Members and is subject to further Membership Terms set out here.

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY

We aim to update the Site regularly, and reserve the right to change data, references, specifications or otherwise amend the content, in full or in part, at any time without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Site, or shut it down indefinitely. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Our website integrates Facebook, which means that if you subscribe to the services provided by Facebook, Inc. you can use those services as integrated into our website. Your use of those services (and any related use of your personal information) will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions of Facebook, Inc.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

The Site may include information and materials uploaded by other users of the Site, including to the forum and calendar features of the Site. This information and these materials have not been verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values.

VIRUSES, HACKING, PROHIBITED USES AND OTHER OFFENCES

  • in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans or any other malicious items. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack.

If you breach this provision you will commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, your use of the Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

SEVERABILITY
