The following wines were all recommended by either wine writers or sommeliers in the UK as worthy of the title 'Absolutely Cracking Wines of France'. I explain more about this collection in Professionals' favourite French wines but below is the full listing, with notes on those that I tasted. We tasted at Paramount at the top of Centre Point with great views over London.
The wines are listed in the order presented and tasted. The list of wines at the start of each flight are those, selected by fellow wine writers and sommeliers, which I did not taste.
