If Lewis Perdue of WineIndustryInsight.com is correct in his report last Friday, Chalk Hill Estate is for sale, and Foley Family Wines is the most likely buyer of the 1,300-acre property, 350 acres planted to vineyards on the eastern edge of the Russian River Valley.
