Are we allowed to enjoy lunch?

This morning, I decided to undertake an experiment with my lunch.
Lunch, most office-bound workers the world over will tell you, is not just the most important meal of the day, it's in many ways the most important event. Having spent the best part of a year working relatively long office hours, I found that much of my morning was spent considering how I might fill my ever-decreasing prandial hour and how it might fill me.
