Berry Bros & Rudd showed a range of bordeaux as they have late summer for the last few years. I concentrated on the 2006s as this was the first chance I had had to see them again after the primeurs tastings in April reported on here.
I’d love to say that the wines had all gained flesh and were much more seductive than they were a few months ago but I’m afraid there has been no Cinderella-like transformation yet. The selection, it should be said, was not long on the most glamorous and successful properties.
