As British Airways, like so many of the world's established airlines, grapples with what seem to be almost intractable problems, I thought it appropriate to publish some tasting notes from the last big blind tastings that Peter Nixson of BA and I did together before Peter regretfully and regrettably took voluntary redundancy earlier this year.
