Judgement day in Colmar

9.30am 14 Oct The court has now given its rather mild verdict: a two-month suspended prison sentence for the majority of the protesters; for those for whom this was not the first such offence, a judicial fine of 60 days at €20 a day (for any day they do not or cannot pay, they have to spend a day in prison). INRA was awarded €57,000 compensation.
