Right then, Burgundy Week starts here. As you read this, Julia and I will probably have already embarked on the week’s cycle of tastings of 2006 Burgundy primeurs (up to seven tastings a day – thank heavens for Julia) around London. Every morning from tomorrow until Saturday we’ll give you the inside track on the wines that stood out for us the day before so that those who want to order straight away can at least use our views to make up their own minds.
