Steven Tolliver who writes a blog about Spanish wine called Tempranillo (I impishly suggest it should be called Garnacha of course but that's another issue) draws my attention to a shocking story he has published this morning about vine sabotage in Priorat.
This reminds me how horribly vulnerable the wine industry is to sabotage of all sorts. What's so lovely about vineyards is that they tend not to heavily fenced (or only where kangaroos are a real threat). You can usually wander around these beautiful plants with ease.
