Emily O'Hare has been working in the wine industry since 2004 – as a tour guide at Vinopolis, a waitress in Rome, a cellar rat in Canada, a manager of an enoteca in East London, a sommelier at Fifteen and, since 2007, a sommelier at The River Cafe in London. In her spare time she is a judge on the Decanter panels for Italian wine and has twice been shortlisted for Young Wine Writer of the Year.
