Questions for Heston
This Monday evening Richard Hemming has been granted an interview with world-famous chef and champion of science in the kitchen, Heston Blumenthal of The Fat Duck.
Please feel free to suggest in the comment box below any questions you would like Richard to ask him on your behalf and he will do his best.
Heston is a big fan of sherry and on Monday evening will be demonstrating various food and sherry matches he believes to be particularly successful, so if your question had a sherry bent, so much the better.
