The vineyard
28ha total the Scharzhofberg vyd. EM has 8.5 ha of Scharzhofbg. There are 8 owners left in total. There were still 12 when EM IV started, in ‘91 officially. His pa started in ’45. Pa was able to buy abt 2 ha. EM bought 1 ha in ‘97, by buying a whole estate (von Kesselstatt’s holdings?) of more than 3 ha. You cd argue that their ‘97 crop paid for...
