Below are tasting notes on several dozen relatively well-priced dry white bordeaux that are currently available. They were tasted blind in early July (sorry – I meant to publish these notes earlier) and are listed by appellation then alphabetically by name, with the 2005s before the 2004s where appropriate. As you can see, my favourites were the very unformed Ch Cruzeau 2005 Pessac-Leognan and Ch Mouret 2005 Graves but very few of them seem to promise a particularly long life.
