'Families that innovate together, succeed together' was the recurring message during a discussion in London last week of how family businesses survive and thrive in the changing economic environments of each generation. The discussion was mediated by Professor Mike Wright from Imperial College London Business School and took place during Louis Latour's portfolio tasting. Not surprisingly, then, the first speaker was Louis-Fabrice Latour, CEO of Maison Louis Latour in Burgundy, seen left as a young man with his father and grandfather and in the composite picture below with two more senior generations.
