This thematic tasting was organised with great difficulty, as explained in Tasters – take nothing for granted, with the purpose of getting to know the varietals Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot on their own in order to judge their role in a Bordeaux blend better. It was a double-blind tasting in which no participant – excluding the organiser, Ayhan Güleyen – had any idea about any wine tasted.
