100 vintages of Riesling
The following notes were taken at the most extraordinary two-day tasting of 100 vintages of Riesling made at the state wine domain at Kloster Eberbach earlier this month. I will be writing about the event in more detail. Suffice it to say that it showed just how beautifully this great white wine grape ages.
