At the behest of Steven Spurrier, Dominique Lafon of Comtes Lafon fame, Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac, Jean-Pierre Perrin of Ch de Beaucastel and Bruno Prats, once of Ch Cos d'Estournel and now making wine in Chile and the Douro, came to London on the Monday before the London Wine Trade Fair to educate British wine writers on the subject of the association to which they all belong.
