Alsatian allsorts
To partner yesterday's Alsace – 10 top producers, the following wines were tasted at the offices of the Conseil Interprofessionnel des Vins d'Alsace in Colmar. They represent an overview of the region's main output – namely Riesling and Gewurztraminer, plus a handful of Pinot Gris, a few blends and one lonely Pinot Noir.
