Mainly very fine Chardonnay, mostly (though not all) from Australia, but some Australian Rieslings, and some French and American Chardonnays for comparative purposes. See also Looking back at Australian Chardonnay, also published today.
All of these Australian Rieslings and quite a lot of these Australian Chardonnays were tasted at the generic Australia Redefined tasting in London last September at which Alistair Cooper MW tasted all these Shirazes.
