Puy de Dome and Puy Pariou

A little French wine region with an explosive opportunity. See also my 40+ tasting notes.

In this article I focus on the Auvergne region, which I visited for the first time at the end of January.

For a discussion of what we might mean by ‘volcanic soils’, see my earlier article Volcanic wines – fact or fiction.
