Beaujolais seems to have been less in the limelight this year, after enjoying something of a rennaissance since the 2009 vintage emerged. This selection of tasting notes shows that it still has that most crucial of marketing traits, a USP. The best examples are light bodied yet not dilute, able to age but drinkable immediately, and showing a charming, glossy primary-fruit character.
