Domaine Agnès Paquet (Auxey-Duresses)
Dom Agnès Paquet, Les Caillaux 2021 Bourgogne Aligoté
Decent breadth of fruit – well done! A perfectly nice wine for the short term. (JR)
Dom Agnès Paquet 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune
Light citrus and herbal nose. Dry and really salty. Lightish, super-fresh and surprisingly long. (JH)
Dom Agnès Paquet 2021 Auxey-Duresses
Admirable fruit and zest – good composition and very refreshing without being mean. (JR)
Dom Agnès Paquet, Les Hoz 2021 Auxey-Duresses
A little more intense than the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, but similarly salty. Mouth-watering tension and a very nice slight grip to the texture. Intense salty-citrus finish that is impressive in this vintage. (JH)

Dom Agnès Paquet, Les Hoz 2021 Auxey-Duresses
Lightish cherry red. So fragrant. Delicate and pretty in its red fruits. More intense than the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and with greater persistence. Tannins are firm but balanced with the fruit. (JH)
Domaine Joseph Pascal (Puligny-Montrachet)
The Pascal estate (formerly Dom Jean Pascal et Fils) has changed its name this year to that of the latest...
