Some surprisingly famous names have supplied wine to a Berlin-based canner of wine – and Richard Kelley MW continues to liberate some stunning parcels of Cape wine to put into his cans.

I was not enthusiastic about receiving a box of a dozen 25-cl cans of wine from Djuce just before we left our house in the Languedoc at the end of August, and tasted a few of them rather unwillingly on one of our last evenings there. But – blow me – many of them are really good!
