Those familiar with the wines of Sonoma’s Chalk Hill Estate Vineyards & Winery, and the magnificent Healdsburg estate itself, should know that Peggy Furth now holds the reins – and I’m not just talking about her stable of horses and the equine show centre that’s surrounded by vineyards. She’s the new sheriff in town, in charge of vineyards and winemaking, too.
