Julia writes Earlier this year, the Czech Embassy in London hosted a small tasting of Czech wines, presented by Czechia’s first ever ‘national sommelier’ and wine ambassador Klára Kollárová, who also happens to be the contributor for Czechia in the latest edition of The Oxford Companion to Wine.
