Yesterday, Sun 6 Feb, the second-year MW seminar week began. It is affectionately nicknamed bootcamp by its prospective detainees, of whom there will be 44 in total. This milestone signifies the final approach to our trial date in June, and thus promises to be a gruelling gauntlet-run of mock exams, tastings, lectures, tutorials, pain, grief and trauma.
I am very much looking forward to it, for two reasons in particular.
