We have the first significant set of prices for 2006 Bordeaux now – as usual from the relatively moderate house of J P Moueix. They are often first to announce their prices and steer clear of the opportunism that is so often apparent throughout Bordeaux.
They have announced the opening prices for all their wines except for the super-recherché Ch Pétrus and they are somewhere between the J P Moueix opening levels for their 2004s and 2005s.
