Fizz – our collected works

After yesterday's ragbag of German and Austrian reviews, we continue our collections of a single style or region with this sparkling assortment. There are lots of good things to choose from here, not all of them that expensive.

We have mixed up all provenances so the collection includes champagne, Cava, Prosecco and many an English fizz. There are also sparkling wines from well outside Europe, including a very promising Australian debut.
