This week has been a busy one for tastings in London. I went to two on both Tuesday and Wednesday and on each day found their juxtaposition particularly interesting.
The second of Tuesday's tastings was Michel Chapoutier's annual presentation of his Rhône Sélections Parcellaires single-vineyard wines at only a few months old. I'm not 100% certain why he chooses to show these wines so early.
