Germany 2013 – fine Rieslings

We now have a chance to see what 2013 delivered in the vineyards and then cellars of Germany. Unlike some recent vintages, this is not a vintage to drink young. The acid levels are very pronounced, sometimes possibly too pronounced, and the wines classically fashioned.
