Biblia Chora is a striking joint venture between two oenologists, Evangelos Gerovassiliou, already profiled here, and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis (pictured below with quality control and export manager Annegret Stamos), former winemaker at Costa Lazaridis – striking physically and in its striving towards quality rather than in its size.
