Jascots autumn line-up
Tastings like this are a reminder of how lucky we British are to have such a mature and developed wine market. It was my first encounter with Jascots, the West London based merchant, and it didn't surprise me in the least to find premier cru Burgundy, Barolo, Hawke's Bay Syrah, English sparkling rosé, several different (very delicious) cru Beaujolais, Bordeaux from a range of appellations and vintages ... and I didn't even taste half of what was open.
