I was thoroughly miffed that I couldn't attend a historic tasting of Jadot wines last month, but fortunately my talented wine writing colleague (and singer) Charles Metcalfe has offered us his impressions below – JR
This year, the Burgundy négociant and vineyard owner Louis Jadot celebrates its 150th anniversary. To honour and mark the occasion, Pierre-Henry Gagey (Louis Jadot's president) held a magnificent tasting in Beaune, followed by dinner.
