New bins from Oddbins
The revival of Oddbins, the biggest group of wine stores left on the UK high street, continues. This tranche of tasting notes focuses on the new and/or exclusive wines from their autumn collection.
The range and quality on show was convincing, with the only potential weakness coming from their pricing structure. All the single-bottle prices quoted below, and across the rest of the range, are reduced by 20% when you buy 12 or more bottles. In the case of something as good as the Kuru Kuru Pinot Noir, that makes a fair price for an excellent wine look even better...
